ラント、グリッジ、Rise/Fallなどの2 0 種類以上のパラメータで異常波形を検索、トリガ、保存が行えます。また、異常波形だけのパーシスタンスや、イベント・フィルタリングにも対応します。

Trigger Scan
(異常波形を捕捉するプログラマブルトリガ)
あらかじめ設定したトリガ条件を自動的に切替えることにより、トリガ条件による波形スキャン機能を実現。これにより、異常波形データを高い確率で捕捉することがきる上に、その波形データそのものを解析することができます。

外部転送用インタフェースに LSIB(PCI ExpressCable)を採用!
