The rapid proliferation of high-speed serial data buses in today's computers and consumer electronics equipment presents a difficult challenge. Validating the proper operation of every device on every data bus is typically a tedious and time-consuming process, made even more complicated by the fact that each serial data standard employs it own unique terminology, measurements and test methods.

QualiPHY is designed to reduce the time and effort needed to perform compliance testing on a wide array of high-speed serial buses. QualiPHY is the most intuitive and efficient tool available for performing serial data compliance testing. Selecting a new standard or test setup is done without leaving the main screen, and the user can start testing with a single button press.

QualiPHY creates professional quality reports that fully document all test results. QualiPHY can produce reports in standard HTML and PDF formats, and the user may easily customize the look of the reports by modifying the report style sheets.

QualiPHY enables the user to export test data directly to XML format, which is readable by database programs such as Microsoft Access. This capability is highly useful to:

QualiPHY has been developed with today's global design environment in mind. QualiPHY may be executed directly on the host oscilloscope, or it may be run on a computer located anywhere in the world, accessing the oscilloscope via GPIB or LAN/WAN connections. Development team members can also access live signals from oscilloscopes in remote locations.
